Within this policy, these Terms, together with the Refund, Shipping, Privacy, Payment, Contact, About, and FAQ pages, apply when a visitor uses the store or places an order. Lawful use and complete, correct checkout, billing, shipping, and contact details are required.

As a published store practice, united States delivery is the sole shipping option. It is free at the standard level, includes tracking, and normally consists of 1-2 business days of processing plus 4-6 estimated business days in transit after dispatch.

For a clear pre-purchase understanding, the customer return period is 30 days from delivery and includes exchanges and no-reason requests; approved return shipping is borne by the store whether the issue is preference or product quality. Refund posting takes about 5-10 business days after issuance. No-reason exclusions cover custom items, clearance or Final Sale items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive merchandise, not legally protected claims involving damage, defects, wrong items, or omissions.

As part of our service commitment, orders remain cancellable until shipment and then become subject to the Refund Policy. USD is the transaction currency, applicable tax law determines charges, and we reserve the right to stop fraudulent, illegal, unauthorized, or materially erroneous orders.
